Located on the first floor at the back of the house it is a pretty and cheerful room with dual aspect windows (sun rise and sun set) but does not have a sea view (except a wee peek of the Sound of Iona Sound from the west window). Erraid Double/Twin	++ We welcome dogs in this room but by prior arrangement only. Please enquire when booking ++ Erraid is a ground floor super-king double room with an ensuite shower room featuring a large walk-in shower. This room can also be converted to a twin with 2 x single beds upon request - please do ask when booking. With stunning black & white photographic art work, views to the front overlooking the hills and beach as well as views of Ben More, Burg and the white sandy beaches of Iona, Erraid is a charming and spacious room convenient for guests who prefer not to have to use stairs. Staffa Single	++ Dogs accompanying thier owner are welcome to stay in this room by prior arrangement only. Please enquire when booking ++ Staffa is a spacious and airy room for the solo traveller and is on the first floor at the front of the house with a fabulous sea view overlooking the beach at the front of the house, the Sound of Iona to the Abbey as well as views of Ben More and Burg. Gorgeous photgraphy by the renowned Ian Lawson, and art work by Hope Blamire complmenting restful greens and lilacs, this is a popular room with solo travellers and those travelling with friends. All prices are ?ú Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are based on 2 people sharing a double/twin room unless otherwise stated and includes a mouth-watering selection for breakfast including our famous Fingal's Breakfast. Single occupancy of a double/twin room available by request.

All reservations require a deposit equivalent to the total cost of one night. Reservations can be made online using the live availability calendar shown above and the deposit paid for securely via PayPal using credit cards (Visa & MasterCard only) and most debit cards. Telephone bookings are also accepted and can be confirmed and secured with a valid credit/debit card, by UK cheque or by internet banking.

The small stuff and legal bits - our cancellation policy: Should you need to cancel, please let us know in writing as soon as you possibly can (by email is ok). A charge for the full cost of your stay will be made but only if we are unable to re-let the room. All deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the room less a 10% charge to cover our administration costs. Please remember that once your booking has been made and confirmed this is a contract between yourself and Seaview. We do recommend therefore that you have valid and appropriate travel insurance to cover your accommodation costs in the unfortunate event of you having to cancel your reservation at short notice.

Seaview is wireless broadband enabled, ideal for guests wishing to use Wi-Fi with their own smart phones, tablets and laptop computers - this is a complimentary service for which there is no charge. We also offer free off-road private parking, packed lunches and a laundry service We are a non-smoking household, accept well behaved dogs by prior arrangement only (in Erraid - the ground floor room) and although we do not have any family rooms, we do welcome families with children aged 10 years and over who are old enough to sleep in their own room.
